Frequently asked

  • Voice recognition isn't working well.

    Try a quieter environment and speak a bit slower. Check that microphone access is enabled in Settings > Little Diary > Microphone.

  • I paid but my membership isn't active.

    Quit and reopen the app, or tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings > Membership. If it still doesn't show up, email us with your receipt.

  • I want to delete my data.

    Email us with the subject "Account deletion request" and we'll fully delete your baby data and voice recordings within 7 business days.

  • When is the Android app coming?

    We're focused on iOS first. Android updates will be posted on this page when available.
