Privacy Policy

Little Diary (the “Service”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info — the user identifier and email (possibly Apple's private relay address) returned by Sign in with Apple.
  • Baby info — the baby's display name, date of birth, and profile color that you enter.
  • Diary content — voice or text entries you record (feedings, sleep, diapers, notes) and the associated audio files.
  • Subscription info — purchase receipts and subscription status from RevenueCat. We do not store card numbers or payment-instrument details.
  • Usage data — API logs and usage counters (seconds/tokens) needed to operate the service and meter membership quotas.

2. How we use it

  • Core features: recording, browsing and sharing diary entries.
  • Voice recognition, automatic event classification, and AI Q&A.
  • Subscription validation and quota enforcement.
  • Error monitoring, security, and abuse prevention.

3. Subprocessors

  • Apple Inc. — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases.
  • Google Cloud Platform — cloud infrastructure needed to operate core features, including data storage, voice processing, and AI-assisted responses. Some data may be processed in Korea and other regions.
  • RevenueCat, Inc. — receipt validation and subscription state.

Each subprocessor handles data under its own privacy policy and our data processing agreements. We share only what is necessary.

4. Retention and deletion

  • Diary content and audio are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
  • When you ask us to delete your account, we permanently delete all diary, audio and account data within 7 business days. Payment receipts may be kept for the period required by law.

5. Your rights

  • Access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing.
  • Leave family sharing or revoke guardian access.
  • Opt out of marketing notifications.

6. Children

Little Diary is not intended to be used directly by children under 14. Information about a baby is entered by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the content they record.

7. Changes

We will notify you in the app or on this page before any material change to this policy.
