Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-28
These Terms govern your use of Little Diary (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Little Diary is a mobile application for recording baby diaries by voice or text, with family sharing and AI Q&A.
2. Accounts and family sharing
- You create an account with Sign in with Apple and become the owner of any baby you register.
- The user who registered a baby can invite other caregivers to record and view that baby's daily life together.
- When the owner subscribes, the membership applies to every baby that owner has registered. Usage from guardians counts against the owner's quota.
3. Content and rights
- You own your diary content and voice recordings.
- You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content for the purposes of operating the Service (for example, speech-to-text, classification, and family sharing).
- You agree not to upload content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
4. Membership and billing
- We offer a free plan and a paid membership. The membership renews monthly until cancelled.
- Billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple. Manage your subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Free plan usage may be limited once monthly limits are reached.
5. Changes and availability
We may modify or temporarily suspend the Service for stability, security or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced in advance.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- Speech recognition, classification and AI answers are not guaranteed to be accurate. For medical decisions, please consult a qualified professional.
- We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure (e.g. network outages, natural disasters).
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these Terms
We will announce material changes and their effective date in advance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please stop using the Service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute will be brought in the court having jurisdiction over your address.
